About the WorkoutsWorkouts will take place at Bellingham High at 5:30pm on Wednesdays. The location may be changed later in the year as it becomes more light.
All current GBRC members are welcome, regardless of age, gender or
speed! These weekly track workouts are intended to build upon your
current level of fitness, and improve your speed and speed-endurance.
The workouts are intended for distance runners, not sprinters. We
intentionally start out with fairly low-intensity workouts to
minimize the chance for injury. Please dress warmly and come with
a friend if you can! See you at the track! |
