Track Workouts Are Back!

Track workouts are back starting Wednesday, January 25, 2017.

Where: Workouts are currently at the WWU track until further notice. There is free parking at the big lots across the street from the Wade King Rec Center.

When: Every Wednesday from 6–7pm. (We suggest arriving about 10 minutes early to warm up and be ready for the workout at 6:00pm.)

ALL paces welcome!!! Also, friendly encouragement! Must be a CURRENT GBRC member.
