New this year the Haggen to Haggen 5K is certified. This relatively fast course winds through several neighborhoods, including downtown Bellingham. The first two miles cover level and descending terrain, including an exciting run through downtown Bellingham on Holly Street. But runners and walkers need to save a little something in their tanks for the final mile since there is a slight uphill grade to test their endurance. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and female RUN finishers. All participants start at 8:00 am. Runners please self-seed by lining up in the front of the pack, and walkers to the back. Participants with strollers please consider your pace and line up accordingly. New this year, we will have pacers to help you know where to line up and help you hit your goal time!
For the safety of all participants, no pets are allowed.
