GBRC General Meeting Minutes of December 7, 2009

The GBRC winter general meeting was held at the WECU building on December 7, 2009. President Christy Fazio presided over the election of board members and described the activities of the club. Christy encouraged more members to get involved with leadership in the GBRC. Polly, Rene and Lindsay coordinated the event which included a lasagna dinner, sign up sheets for volunteers for next year’s races, and door prizes.

Board members elected were:

Christy Fazio: President

Polly Favinger: Vice President

Carolyn Nordtvedt: Secretary

Gale Pfueller: Treasurer

Alison Allen: Technical Coordinator/Equipment Manager

Cheryl Batty: At-Large and Newsletter

Rick Hill: Webmaster

Lindsay Mann-King: At-Large

Len Parine: At-Large

Bill Thibodeau: Membership

Tjalling Ypma: Race Director Liaison
